We currently have a few open positions and depending on your gifting and calling, you might be a good fit for more than one area. Here are the areas of ministry we are looking to fill.

If you see yourself fitting in more than one of these areas, we’d love to consider you for a full-time role that combines two of them. Rather than creating a mold for you to fit into, we’d rather shape a ministry position around your gifts and calling. We want a role that allows you to truly flourish.

About Conduit Ministries
We believe discipling the next generation begins with children. Through Conduit Kids, our desire is to create safe, fun, gospel-centered environments where kids can encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. We are seeking a leader who will direct this ministry with vision, care, and excellence while equipping parents and volunteers for their roles in discipleship.
Personal Requirements

A clear sense of pastoral calling, marked by spiritual maturity and Christlike character.
The ability to communicate biblical truth in a way that connects with children and families.

Areas of Responsibility
Implement gospel-centered curriculum at each age level in a contextually appropriate manner.
Lead and support a diverse group of ministry team leaders who create environments and relationships of discipleship to Jesus.
Consult with team leaders regarding the structure and flow of Sunday morning ministry.
Build meaningful relationships with parents and caregivers, equipping them to disciple their children at home.
Recruit, train, and launch additional volunteers for the Conduit Kids ministry.
Ensure that policies and procedures in the Conduit Kids Handbook are up to date, reflect best practices, and are followed by staff and volunteers.
Collaborate with the pastoral team to integrate Conduit Kids into the wider life and mission of the church.
Attend weekly staff meetings and other church meetings as needed.
Desired Competencies
Strong leadership and relational skills with children, parents, and volunteers.
Ability to cast vision and inspire others to engage in children’s ministry.
Organizational and administrative skills to manage volunteers, schedules, and structures effectively.

About Conduit Ministries
Worship is central to our life together as a church. We value creativity, musical excellence, and authenticity, with a deep desire for worship to be Spirit-led and Christ-focused—drawing people into the presence of God and encouraging whole-church participation. We are seeking a Worship Director who will help shape and lead this vital ministry, disciple those on the worship and tech teams, and steward our digital presence for greater gospel impact.

Areas of Responsibility
Worship & Leadership
Work alongside the pastoral team to develop direction, themes, and style for corporate worship gatherings.
Lead the congregation in worship weekly, while equipping and directing a team of musicians and vocalists.
Lead weekly rehearsals, fostering both musical excellence and spiritual growth within the team.
Recruit, train, and develop new members of the worship, media, and AV teams.
Plan and lead regularly scheduled worship nights.
Partner with staff to plan and participate in special seasonal services and be available, as needed, for weddings and funerals.
In consultation with the Director of Operations, develop and manage an annual ministry budget.
Media, Technology, & Communication
Oversee all worship, media, and AV equipment, ensuring functionality and stewardship.
Edit and publish the weekly sermon to YouTube and podcast platforms.
Produce a minimum of one sermon clip per week as a short for social media.
Post at least two pieces of content per week per platform (content may overlap across platforms).
Protect and promote consistent branding and imaging guidelines for the church’s online presence.
Manage, update, and develop the church website (Squarespace) as a centralized hub for information and vision-sharing.
Oversee and manage the Conduit Ministries Church Center app.
Team & Church Involvement
Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in additional church meetings as needed.
Collaborate closely with other staff and leaders to further the overall mission and ministry of Conduit.
Desired Competencies
Musical and vocal proficiency with the ability to lead modern, Spirit-led worship.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Experience in video editing, social media strategy, and online content creation.
Working knowledge of Squarespace, Proclaim, and church tech systems or the initiative to learn.
Leadership experience in developing and discipling ministry teams.

Conduit Ministries is a growing church in western New York, located in Jamestown. We are a community that values authenticity in our walk with Jesus. Our church is made up of people from all kinds of backgrounds and experiences. People in our congregation come from all over the region to participate in community here.
We as a ministry team try to keep things simple. We focus on getting people closer to Jesus through community, teaching, and service. We have a thriving food outreach ministry as we try to love our neighbors with some warm food each week. We have a growing small group ministry and other opportunities for people to connect in community.
