Our mission is to come alongside families to help grow kids into leaders who love like Jesus, live like Jesus, and serve like Jesus. We can’t wait to get to know you! Check out more about us below!
Welcome
Half of the Church
We like to remind ourselves that our though our children aren’t necessarily in the sanctuary with us, what they are doing isn’t any less important. We want any child who walks through our doors to know that God loves them and wants a relationship with them.
Rooms
In Conduit Kids, we have several rooms designed to meet the unique needs of each age group.
What We’re Learning & Rhythms
Our Weekly Rhythms
Each week, our small group leaders intentionally invest in relationships with a simple mission: to engage with their few so they can grow closer to Jesus. We believe that when kids feel known, safe, and deeply loved, they are more open to understanding and responding to the gospel.
Creating a secure and consistent environment is a key part of that. Our leaders are committed to both relational connection and physical safety, providing a space where kids can confidently learn, ask questions, and grow in their faith.
Each gathering includes:
Big Group Time – Kids gather in our Multipurpose Room for corporate worship and prayer, helping them see they are part of something bigger.
Small Group Time – Age-specific teaching and discussion designed to help kids understand Scripture and apply it to their lives.
Safe & Consistent Environment – Predictable routines and trained leaders create a space where kids feel secure, valued, and ready to engage.
Weekly Snack – A snack is provided each week, with menus posted outside each classroom for easy reference.
Everything we do is centered on one goal: helping kids build a genuine, growing relationship with Jesus in an environment where they are safe, known, and loved.
orange room (5-8th Grade)
Our middle school students are invited to go deeper and to move beyond learning Bible stories to developing the skills and disciplines needed to understand Scripture for themselves.
Each week, students engage in teaching that often aligns with our Sunday sermon series, helping them connect what they hear in the classroom with the life of the broader church. They also join the congregation for worship at the beginning and end of the service, reinforcing their place within the church community.
In the classroom, the focus is on building a strong biblical foundation through guided discussion, practical application, and intentional spiritual habits with a focus on equipping students to grow in confidence as they read, understand, and live out God’s Word.
Our curriculum (Preschool - Elementary)
We use “The Gospel Project” curriculum in our Preschool and Elementary aged rooms. We choose this tool because it walks kids through the entire story of Scripture—from Genesis to Revelation— and helps them to discover our need for redemption and how every part of the Bible points to Jesus.
Each gathering is designed to be:
Christ-Centered – Every story in the Bible ultimately leads us to Jesus.
Heart-Transforming – We focus on true life change through the gospel, not just behavior.
Age-Aligned – Everyone studies the same passage each week.
Chronological – We walk through the Bible in order, helping the big story come to life.
Theologically Rich – Deep, biblically sound teaching made accessible for every age.
Missionally Minded – We don’t just learn the gospel—we live it out and share it.
